Exciting opportunity in Alpharetta, GA! The Veterinary Specialty + Emergency (AVSE) is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to support our growing caseload and help shape the future of our state‑of‑the‑art hospital.

AVSE is a brand‑new, 20,500 sq ft specialty and emergency hospital offering ER, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, and Neurology. Led by an experienced Medical Director and supported by Ethos Veterinary Health, we are committed to providing advanced medical care, compassionate communication, and a collaborative, wellness‑focused workplace.
Our hospital includes:
- Four fully equipped surgical suites
- Dedicated canine and feline ICUs
- CUBEX mini units
- Isolation wards
- CT
- MRI
- Fluoroscopy

- 10 exam rooms

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $175,000 for 13 shifts per month, commensurate with experience
- 25% production, no negative accrual
- Rotating schedule designed to support work‑life balance
- Optional 10‑shift/month schedule available
- 3 weeks PTO plus 1 week continuing education
- $2,500 continuing education stipend

Where You’ll Come In
Working just three shifts per week, you’ll play a vital role in our expanding emergency service. You’ll lead complex procedures, guide treatment plans, and mentor newer clinicians, strengthening the support we provide to families and teammates.
