The Ideal Candidate
:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
Valid state veterinary license.
Strong commitment to emergency care, continuous learning, and high standards.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
Experience with Google Apps for Work and Cornerstone Practice Management software is a plus.
Compensation and
Sign-On Bonus
:
Average base + production compensation: $160,000–$250,000
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $100,000
No Non-Compete Clause
This role offers production-based pay with no negative accrual, paid quarterly. Additional benefits include shift differentials and weekend differentials, varying by region.
