Job Description
This hospital is looking for skilled, caring, collaborative, and friendly emergency veterinarian to join their existing team in providing superior 24-hour specialty veterinary care to the veterinary community of Seattle. They are a hospital that values the emergency service as an integral part of the hospital. The emergency doctors have largely helped grow the hospital and have an active role in shaping and contributing to that growth. Their existing specialties include emergency, critical care, internal medicine, interventional radiology, surgery, oncology and dentistry.
To provide the best care possible, they stay apprised of new innovations and utilize an extensive array of cutting-edge diagnostic, therapeutic, and monitoring equipment. These include a complete laboratory (CBC/Chemistry/I-Stat/Coag), monitoring devices (Telemetry/NIBP/ Invasive BP/telemetry), digital radiography, multiple ultrasound units, anesthetic, and critical care ventilators, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, 64 slice CT, 1.5T MRI and fluoroscopy. They are also equipped with complete endoscopic towers, therapeutic diode, and cold lasers and are leading the interventional medicine charge in the Pacific Northwest. They don’t shy away from technology, so rest assured their emergency and critical care service will be fully equipped and staffed. Additionally, they are virtually paperless with fully integrated treatment, invoicing, and medical record software.
