Role Description The eCommerce Brand Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and growth of Beloved Pets’ online brand presence and sales across marketplaces and the company’s own store. This full-time, on-site role in Belgrade involves developing and executing brand and merchandising strategies, optimizing product listings, and coordinating promotions to drive conversion and customer loyalty. The person in this role will analyze performance data, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and inventory alignment. Responsibilities include managing content and advertising campaigns on key platforms, improving customer experience and reviews, and identifying new opportunities for category and geographic expansion. The eCommerce Brand Manager will also help refine brand positioning and ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect Beloved Pets’ commitment to quality and transparency.
Qualifications

  • Strong eCommerce and marketplace management skills, including experience with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and other online retailers.
  • Proficiency in brand strategy, digital merchandising, and online customer experience optimization.
  • Ability to analyze sales, traffic, and marketing data to generate insights and actionable growth plans.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations, customer support) to deliver cohesive brand execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in pet care, consumer goods, or a mission-driven brand is beneficial, along with a genuine interest in pets and pet wellness.
