Full-Time DVM: Associate Veterinarian – Equine – New Opportunity + Competitive Benefits Package – Waller, TX
A well-established and rapidly growing equine clinic is seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with a 4-day workweek, offering a strong balance of ambulatory and in-house care.
Position Highlights:
Caseload: 60% ambulatory and 40% in-house care.
Ideal for those with an interest in reproduction and internal medicine .
Work alongside board-certified surgeons, other associate veterinarians, and interns.
Access to state-of-the-art equipment including digital x-ray units, RLT Laser, PulseVet Shockwave, ultrasound machines, endoscopy, gastroscopy, and more.
Great team atmosphere with strong mentorship and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide veterinary care to a variety of equine cases.
Perform physical exams, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and animal health.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
DVM or equivalent degree.
Interest or experience in reproduction and internal medicine preferred.
Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine.
Strong communication skills and a passion for equine care.
