Our modern fully equipped practice is growing, and we are looking for a 3rd doctor to join our team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mix of wellness, sick and urgent care appointments.
One surgical/dental procedure day per week
Full time is preferred, but part time would also be considered.
No weekends, nights, or on call
Option of 4 day work week
Carefully managed appointment schedule means you rarely stay “after hours” to finish charting, call backs, etc.
Scheduled daily one hour lunch break
Local emergency clinic can handle end of day complicated cases
Dedicated time to review lab work and make phone calls
PERSONNEL
Highly leveraged staff
Dedicated support staff for each doctor
Full time Hospital Director and Team Leads to assist with any administrative issues
Two experienced full time veterinarians
Three experienced licensed veterinary technicians

Well maintained and clean facilities
Ultrasound
Surgical laser
Cold laser
100% electronic medical records and invoicing
AI transcribing of conversations and exams
Dental radiographs
MEDICAL CARE
30 minute appointments for wellness and sick exams
Low stress handling emphasized
“Gold standard” offered to clients but willing to work with any client constraints
Wellness plans offered
Care Credit and Scratch Pay accepted
Highly trained staff
LVT’s utilized for anesthesia, dentals, and other important procedures
PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
Numerous boarded specialists within 1 hour radius
Board certified radiology consultation available (telemedicine) for all patients
Board certified specialists (such as Internal Medicine) available for free phone consultations
Other doctors in building for spontaneous consultations
Local emergency facilities provide urgent and critical care
Mentoring program available
VIN membership
Private ownership of hospital allows for customized policies and protocols
COMPENSATION
Competitive annual salary. Minimum $100K. Depends on experience.
