About the Role
Juniper is growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. As a Crew Member, you will perform work on job sites safely and with quality to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position involves dual responsibilities: driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Responsibilities
Safely driving a company truck with a 24’ trailer
Performing daily vehicle inspections
Completing jobsite tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance
Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape duties
Moving soil, equipment, and materials
Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
Experience in safely driving a truck & trailer
Landscaping experience preferred
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Willing to work outdoors for long periods, in extreme temperatures and sunlight
Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly
Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
