Are you an experienced and reliable animal care professional looking for a fulfilling role in a structured and high-quality dog daycare environment? This position requires independence, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage groups of 10+ dogs from different households
Recognize and respond to dog behavior cues to prevent or break up conflicts
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, as this role consists of 70% cleaning and 30% direct interaction with dogs
Follow established policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Work independently while demonstrating sound decision-making skills
Maintain a calm and positive demeanor in stressful situations
What We’re Looking For:
Punctual & Dependable – Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
Customer Service Excellence – Communicating with pet owners professionally and ensuring top-tier service.
Dog Handling Experience – Comfortable managing and supervising large groups of dogs in a safe, structured manner.
Problem-Solving Skills – Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Team Player – Works well with others and fosters a cooperative atmosphere.
