Duties
Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
Maintain cleanliness of the kennel area, including cleaning cages, kennels, and common areas.
Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to staff.
Support pet owners with customer service inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Help with the administration of medications as directed by staff.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect both animals and staff.
Skills
Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members.
Experience in dog boarding settings is preferred. Pay is dependent on experience.
Proficiency in animal handling techniques to ensure safe interactions with various breeds.
Experience in pet sitting or providing general pet care is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain cleanliness.
