We are currently recruiting for candidates with an open availability, preferably afternoons. Our afternoon shifts are 1:40 PM – 7:40 PM. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and interact with dogs in a daycare setting
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs under care
– Feed, walk, and provide water to dogs
– Clean and maintain daycare areas, including kennels and play areas
– Monitor dog behavior and health, reporting any concerns to management
– Assist with administering medications as directed by pet owners or veterinarians
Experience:
– Previous experience in animal care or handling is preferred
– Knowledge of animal restraint and handling techniques
– Experience as a veterinary assistant or technician is a plus
– Familiarity with pet sitting, dog training, or similar roles is advantageous
– Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
– Capable of performing heavy lifting when necessary
Qualifications:
– Passion for working with animals
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Strong communication skills
– Willingness to learn and follow instructions

As the Dog Daycare Attendant (aka Canine Coach), you are responsible for leading the playroom for our furry friends by creating a safe, fun environment and by setting the highest standards for and satisfaction of our customers.
