WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY REQUIRES:
This is an active, hands-on position. You can expect to average 10,000–30,000+ steps per shift and will be on your feet for much of the day.
You will:
· Clean constantly and maintain a clean, safe facility.
· Handle groups of dogs safely and confidently.
· Deep clean kennels multiple times daily.
· Sweep, mop, and pressure wash.
· Feed and medicate dogs as directed.
· Supervise structured daycare, enrichment and playgroups.
· Assist with bathing, brushing, blow drying, and nail trims as needed.
· Follow sanitation and safety protocols consistently.
