Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our team and provide exceptional care to our animal patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal health and well-being, possessing a strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and handling techniques.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations on various animals to diagnose illnesses or injuries
Develop and implement treatment plans for sick or injured animals
Perform surgical procedures as needed
Administer vaccinations and medications
Educate pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to ensure quality patient care
Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
State licensure to practice veterinary medicine
Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and husbandry
Experience in pet care, animal restraint, and handling
Familiarity with aseptic techniques for surgical procedures
Ability to work with various animals including dogs, cats, and possibly equine species
Excellent communication skills with pet owners and team members

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
