Role Overview

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance within your assigned district by developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and ensuring strong customer relationships. Your role will be crucial in achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and optimizing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the district’s sales performance, drive strategies, set targets, and ensure results.

Lead, train, and push the team to consistently exceed sales goals.

Track sales, market trends, and customer feedback—adapt fast, stay ahead.

Build and leverage strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Run high-impact sales meetings; align, coach, and clear roadblocks.

Work with marketing, operations, and finance to execute winning strategies.

Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor moves—capitalize on opportunities.

Report key insights, forecasts, and growth plans to senior management.

Ensure top-tier execution, integrity, and compliance across all sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 3–8 years in sales, with at least 1-3 years in a DSM role within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Zoology, or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive sales strategies based on data insights.
