KRKA Belgium is growing! We would like to invite an additional team member to our field force.
Join us as a
District Manager for Flemish part of Belgium
Your tasks:
Responsibility for sales development and achieving sales targets in the region
Management and development of a future-proof sales team (~ 8 employees)
Effective planning, coordination and management of all field sales activities
Securing and consolidating planned customer contacts; expanding presence in the region
Recruitment and coaching of new field sales employees
Creation and implementation of effective sales strategies; regular market and competition analyses
Compliance with target and planning specifications; cost control as budget manager in Austria
Organization and management of conferences, trade fairs and events
What you bring with you:
Completed degree in human, veterinary, dental medicine, pharmacy or similar
Several years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales desired; relevant contacts; good knowledge of the generics business
First successful management experience as a regional manager or field force manager in a similar position
Sales and results-oriented way of working; strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking, driven by performance
Team motivator, strong communication and organisation skills
Flexibility and a high degree of initiative
Good commend of MS Office; practical knowledge of CRM system
Good written and spoken Dutch and English
High willingness to travel
