Qualifications
a. Certificate, Diploma in: Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Technology, Analytical Chemistry or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality control, dispatch, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in plastic pipes and fittings manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Supervisory experience in dispatch or warehouse quality operations is an added advantage.
Job roles and responsibilities
i) Verify quality compliance of finished products before dispatch.
ii) Conduct visual and dimensional inspection on products.
iii) Ensure dispatched products comply with Customer specification and quality standards.
iv) Review and verify: batch traceability, Product labeling and Packaging standards.
v) Coordinate product loading inspections and dispatch approvals.
vi) Handle non-conforming products and implement containment actions.
vii) Monitor FIFO (First In First Out) implementation in dispatch areas.
viii) Prepare dispatch quality reports and daily inspection records.
ix) Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales departments.
