SECTR Partners are currently supporting a leading Veterinary group in their search for a Director of Hospital Improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, clinical workflows, and patient outcomes across underperforming veterinary hospitals
Manage key turnaround projects from conception to completion
Work cross functionally with key stakeholders
Develop KPIs and dashboard to monitor hospital performance and improvement
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
+5 years multi-site operations experience with proven success of leading successful turnaround projects
Experience in Veterinary Medicine preferred
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification strongly preferred
