Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets within the veterinary services sector.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, investors, and industry partners.
Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to inform decision-making.
Lead negotiations and facilitate the M&A process from initiation to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Monitor and report on industry trends to position the company for success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business development or M&A, ideally within healthcare or veterinary services.
Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
