Our client is a highly acquisitive veterinary support organization. This group has become an admired leader and one of the fastest growing companies in the space. They’re known for having an excellent culture, a highly collaborative leadership team and most importantly, providing industry leading support to their hospitals and veterinary partners.
We’re seeking an individual to lead deal sourcing and business development (M&A) efforts for a portion of the country. The ideal candidate will prior experience sourcing acquisitions / partnerships and will also have strong financial acumen. The role will be heavily focused on direct sourcing, managing relationships with bankers, brokers and other 3rd parties, building relationships, pitching the value proposition and negotiating terms. This individual will quarterback the entire deal process but will have sourcing support and a strong team to manage deal-execution.
Compensation will be competitive and will include significant upside in the form of deal bonuses and equity participation.
