This role is only open to experienced remote closers who understand the fundamentals of sales and know how to build trust, create desire, handle objections, and generate urgency with prospects.

Animal Health Check is the UK's leading marketing agency for veterinary practices. We specialise in generating warm inbound enquiries for vets by helping pet owners book consultations for life-changing treatments.

Every month we invest tens of thousands of pounds into Meta advertising to generate high-quality inbound leads.

Your role is to speak with these warm leads, understand their pet's situation, educate them on the treatment, answer any questions, overcome objections, and book qualified pet owners into consultations with one of our partnered veterinary practices.

What the role involves

  • Calling warm inbound leads within 60 seconds of them submitting an enquiry.
  • Fact-finding to understand the pet owner's situation.
  • Building trust and rapport with every prospect.
  • Educating owners on the treatment and consultation process.
  • Handling objections confidently and professionally.
  • Booking qualified pet owners into consultations.
  • Following up with prospects who haven't booked yet.
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to maximise conversion rates.

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven role, your primary KPI is your close rate.

Based on the quality of the inbound leads we generate, we expect our sales closers to consistently achieve a minimum 20% close rate. If you're an experienced closer, this should be a realistic target.

You'll also be measured on:

  • Calling every new lead within 60 seconds wherever possible.
  • Consistent follow-up until every lead has received an outcome.
  • Appointment show-up rates.
  • CRM accuracy and organisation.
  • Professionalism and customer experience.

We invest heavily into generating high-quality leads. In return, we expect our sales team to maximise every opportunity.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent spoken English with a UK accent (or close enough to sound natural to UK customers).
  • Able to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time as your sole full-time role.
  • Fast-paced with excellent communication skills.
  • Understands that speed-to-lead is everything.
  • Confident using CRMs and managing a high volume of inbound enquiries.
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets.
