You will lead Victory Group's Digital Transformation & Business Technology function, bringing together capabilities across:
- Digital Transformation
- Enterprise Systems
- Data & Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- AI & Automation
- Aqua Digital Systems
- ICT & Cybersecurity Governance
Your role is to ensure these capabilities work together to create measurable business value, improve operational performance and support the Group's ambitious growth agenda.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Thinks strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Enjoys spending time in operational environments.
- Can translate business challenges into practical digital solutions.
- Has experience leading digital transformation in operationally intensive industries.
- Builds strong teams and develops people.
- Is comfortable engaging with operators, engineers, software developers, executive leadership and external technology partners.
Experience within food production, agriculture, aquaculture, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar industries is highly desirable.
