As we continue expanding our Veterinary Imaging business, we are building a dedicated team to drive the growth of our Veterinary CBCT and Portable Veterinary CBCT product portfolio across the United States and global markets.
We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead our online commercial growth, optimize the digital customer journey, and help establish CareRay as a trusted partner in veterinary imaging.
Position Summary
The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving online sales performance and business growth for CareRay's Veterinary CBCT product portfolio. This role combines digital sales management, customer acquisition, consultative selling, sales operations, and business development.
Working closely with Marketing, Clinical Applications, Customer Success, Product Management, and our Global Headquarters, you will play a key role in developing scalable commercial processes while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives for Veterinary CBCT and Portable Veterinary CBCT systems.
- Manage and optimize the complete online sales process, from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through inbound lead management, outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic customer development.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations, customer consultations, and commercial presentations for veterinary clinics, specialty hospitals, imaging centers, corporate veterinary groups, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Develop long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and solution-oriented support.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Establish and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion, pipeline health, sales cycle, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve commercial performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and business reports.
- Continuously optimize sales processes, customer engagement workflows, and digital sales operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing to improve lead generation, digital campaigns, website conversion, and customer acquisition effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Clinical Applications, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Product Management to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Gather customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to support product improvements and future product development.
- Support domestic and international trade shows, webinars, product launches, and customer events as required.
Team Leadership
- Support the development and coaching of the Inside Sales team, providing guidance on sales processes, customer engagement, and performance improvement.
- Help establish standardized sales processes, best practices, and commercial operating procedures as the business continues to scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, veterinary equipment, healthcare technology, diagnostic imaging, or other related B2B industries.
- Previous experience in digital sales, inside sales, business development, or consultative sales of technical products.
- Experience selling capital equipment or complex medical technologies is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, customer relationships, and business development activities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in veterinary healthcare, animal health, medical imaging, diagnostic equipment, or healthcare technology.
- Knowledge of Veterinary CBCT, CT, X-ray, Flat Panel Detectors, or other diagnostic imaging technologies.
- Experience supporting online sales platforms or digital customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural business environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, or similar platforms.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–25%, including customer visits, industry conferences, trade shows, and occasional international business travel.
