Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Content Creator role based in Kitara-Kanyanya. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing multimedia content across, social media, and other digital platforms. Daily tasks include creating engaging copy and visual content, scheduling and monitoring posts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with organizational goals. The role involves tracking content performance, adjusting strategies based on analytics, and staying current with digital trends and platform best practices. The successful candidate will contribute to campaign ideas, support brand storytelling, and help maintain an active and responsive online presence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging written and visual content for digital platforms.
- Experience managing social media channels, websites, or other online communities.
- Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content production.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling or analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Kitara-Kanyanya.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and receive and apply feedback constructively.
