Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer and third-party audits, certifications, CAP (Corrective Action Plan) closures, gap assessments, and coordination with brands & certification bodies to ensure compliance with applicable standards & requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve compliance management systems, policies, manuals, risk assessments, internal audit programs, licenses, permits, and statutory documentation.
  • Drive health and safety initiatives, fire safety, worker welfare, committee participation, compliance training, injury prevention, and sustainability programs to promote a safe, compliant, and responsible workplace.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  1. BS/MS in Environmental Sciences/Engineering, or a related discipline with 06-08 Years’ Experience
  2. Effective Communication, Strong Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills
