We are Hiring: Collections & Contact Centre Manager
MOGO Auto Limited is looking for an experienced Collections & Contact Centre Manager to lead our early and middle debt collections operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing 200+ collection agents, driving operational performance, customer experience, collections strategy, and continuous improvement.
You will lead:
• Contact centre and collections operations
• Team performance, coaching and capability development
• Collections technology, telephony and automation
• AI-driven improvements and A/B testing
• Quality assurance and customer experience
• Data, reporting and performance optimisation
• Process improvement and operational efficiency
We are looking for a commercially minded leader with experience in debt collections/contact centres, strong analytical and people leadership skills, and exposure to Webitel, Grafana, BI tools, telephony, automation and AI.
