Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedEnhancementCrew Leaderat our Dayton location to oversee a small team of 1-4 crew members while delivering high-quality landscaping services to our customers. As a Crew Leader, you will manage daily operations, ensurequality control, supervise your team, and maintainefficient workflowwhile ensuring safety standards are met. Yourleadershipwill guide your crew through a variety of landscaping tasks, such as lawn care, pruning, planting, andequipment maintenance.
This role ishands-onand requires a strong focus on efficiency, quality, andcustomer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality controlof job site
Employee supervision
Landscaping and groundskeeping
Pruning and trimming
Perennial bed maintenance
Equipment knowledge and maintenance
Safely operate company vehicles and equipment

Qualifications:
Age & Eligibility:Must be at least 20 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Language Skills:Must speak and understand basic English.
Driving:Possess a valid driver’s license with no violations in the last three years.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Capability to walk, stand, bend, and squat for long periods.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
Knowledge of using hand tools, including hand saws and pruners.
Experience with safely operating landscaping equipment, including mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and more.
Safety Compliance:Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere tosafety protocols.
