People Perfect is looking for Enumerators (DTM) for one of its humanitarian sector clients. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting field data collection through face-to-face and telephonic interviews, ensuring accurate and timely data submission, and supporting displacement and migration tracking activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and interviews with respondents through face-to-face or telephonic methods to gather specified data accurately.
- Administer and manage fieldwork operations, ensuring that survey processes follow established guidelines and timelines.
- Verify and validate collected data to maintain highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English and local languages to ensure respondents understand the questions and provide reliable answers.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all collected information and report any issues encountered during fieldwork to supervisors promptly.
- Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to ethical guidelines and protecting the confidentiality of respondents’ information.
- Coordinate with project staff and follow protocols to ensure smooth survey administration and timely completion of data collection tasks.
- Adapt to diverse field settings and manage time efficiently to maximize daily survey output and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with survey instructions and receive feedback for continuous improvement of data collection techniques.
