Pet Crossing Animal Hospital & Dental Clinic is a Certified Feline Friendly Practice. We are currently looking for an experienced veterinary technician to join our fast paced practice, specializing in providing State of the Heart Medical Arts health care to our patients.
We are a hospital that practices individualized patient care, completes diagnostics in house and cares about your career advancement. Pet Crossing is a privately owned hospital that works with our clients and patients like they are family.
Along with individualized preventative care, we offer top quality dental, medical and surgical services for our patients. We develop collaborative personal healthcare plans with our clients for each of their pets.
Pet Crossing has comprehensive in-house laboratory capabilities, digital radiology, a cone beam CT scanner, ultrasound, a fully equipped oral surgical operating suite and much more.
Our current opening is for a technician to be paired directly with one of our newest DVMs, Dr. Olivia Dengel. She graduated from the University of Minnesota.
This position’s current hours are:
Monday 11-6pm
Tuesday 7:30-3:30pm
Wednesday 11-6pm
Thursday 7:30-3:30pm
Friday 9-6pm
Requirements:
Excellent customer service with strong communication skills
Ability to follow our Bill of Rights for patients, clients, hospital and community.
Independent self starter
Small animal/companion animal clinic experience
High level technical skills (ex: venipuncture, x-rays, IV cath. placement)
Leadership model, mentoring staff and students
Compassionate patient and client interactions
