We’re looking for an experienced veterinary technician to join our team in a hybrid role focused on client support and operational excellence. You’ll work directly with pet parents, guiding them through our virtual care experience, while using your clinical background to help ensure pets receive the best possible care. You’ll also play a key role in improving how we work—identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, implement new tools, and deliver a better experience for both our team and the pet owners we serve.

This is a full-time, remote position designed for vet techs who want to apply their knowledge in new ways, and be part of a mission-driven, tech-enabled team.

What you’ll do:

Serve as the first point of contact for pet parents via email, chat, and SMS

Answer client questions, provide updates on consults, and clarify treatment instructions

Review pet photos and histories to support our vet team in preparing consults

Flag clinical concerns or incomplete submissions for veterinarian review

Use internal tools to document cases, coordinate workflows, and track communications

Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to process enhancements

Help test, adopt, and refine new technology tools that improve how we deliver care

Collaborate closely with our veterinarians, operations team, and pharmacy partners to ensure smooth, high-quality care

You’re a fit if you:

Are a veterinary technician or have equivalent clinical experience (minimum 2 years in a veterinary setting)

Have experience working in a customer support or client-facing role (e.g. CSR, virtual support)

Love optimizing workflows, solving operational problems, and exploring new tools

Communicate clearly and compassionately — especially when simplifying medical info for pet owners

Are organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

Feel comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, and Slack — or are a fast learner

Are energized by working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment

Have a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset and love working on a team

Are open to occasional weekend or evening shifts
