Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Franklin, TN, with some work from home allowed. The Customer Support Specialist will handle daily technical support tasks, address customer inquiries, maintain customer satisfaction, and provide analytical insights. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
