We’re hiring a Customer Success Operations Manager on behalf of our client—a fast-growing, customer-first SaaS company that’s scaling its operations and looking to level up its customer success function.

In this role, you’ll own the systems, data, and processes that drive efficiency and impact across the CS team. You’ll be the operational engine behind customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

Build and optimise processes, playbooks, and systems that support CS at scale

Own and manage key tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce)

Analyze data and surface insights to inform CS strategy

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps

Drive adoption of best practices across the customer journey

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in CS Ops, RevOps, or similar roles in SaaS

Strong grasp of CS tools and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker, Excel)

A process-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling in fast-paced environments
