Full Job Description
The Pet Dentist at Tampa Bay is seeking a full-time customer service representative for our dental specialty practice located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess:
Exceptional customer service
Multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment
Good organizational skills
Veterinary hospital experience (required)
Knowledge of Avimark is helpful but not required
Customer Service Representative duties include:
Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
Checking in and discharging clients
Confirming appointments
Retrieving records from referring veterinarians
Sending records to referring veterinarians
