Your Role
As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for a warm, welcoming, and well-organized visit.
Client Experience
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and by phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the daily schedule, and coordinate patient flow
- Answer client questions about services, pricing, and general pet care with empathy and clarity
- Handle check-in and check-out, including processing payments and reviewing invoices
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate client and patient records in the practice management system
- Manage phone lines, voicemail, and email correspondence
- Process prescription refill requests and coordinate with the medical team
- Support the front desk team with general office and administrative tasks
