Lange Animal Clinic is a veterinary clinic that was established in 1968 and provides medical care for small animals, primarily cats and dogs. We provide compassionate care to help our clients’ pets live healthier and longer lives.
Lange Animal Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic person with good communication skills to work as a full-time receptionist. Applicant must have a warm personality to greet our clients and their pets. And work cooperatively with our doctors and staff to provide the best quality customer service and veterinary care.
An ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience; be compassionate and courteous; organized and professional, and able to multi-task. Computer and communication skills are also essential to keep our clinic running smoothly. The candidate must also be physically able to stand for a long period of time and able to lift a 40 pound bag of pet food.

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize strong communication skills to assist clients effectively over the phone and through various channels.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and improve service delivery.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage customer interactions efficiently.
