Immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Happy Tails Pet Lodge location.
Excellent organizational, communication, people and computer skills are a must. Must be professional and have the ability to work independently and as a team.
Must be dependable, enthusiastic and love animals.
Focus needs to be weekdays 7am to 6:00 pm, required weekend rotations and as needed coverage for sick, vacation and leave time.
Starting wage based on experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core skills in communication and computer proficiency will enable you to assist clients effectively. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain accurate records through data entry. Your ability to engage with customers over the phone and your understanding of client services will enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients over the phone and through digital channels.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Assist with outbound calling initiatives to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications as needed.

Pay: $13.50 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
