Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in King City, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with the veterinary team to provide the best service for our clients and their pets.
Qualifications
Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in managing and enhancing the Customer Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus
Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are advantageous
