North Valley Veterinary Clinic is a large animal veterinary clinic located in Gooding, ID. We are currently seeking a full time customer service representative to manage our front desk and day-to-day clinic needs. The individual will be the first point of contact for our clinic and will be integral to our veterinary team. This individual will be a natural communicator, reliable, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Provide pertinent information in-person and via phone/email
Efficiently schedule client appointments for each doctor
Accurately provide pertinent messages/information to clients as well as doctors
Prioritize incoming calls and help determine best course of action if doctors are not available
Create and submit various animal health papers and lab submissions
Collect payments and send invoices
Enter invoices using Quick Books
Maintain client records
Monitor and submit veterinary supply orders
