Sugar Hill Animal Hospital is a fast paced, AAHA accredited clinic with roughly 10-12 hour days. We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team. Saturdays are a must! We are closed Sundays.
We are a high quality multi-doctor, full-service hospital. Must have great, positive attitude and love to give clients the 5 star experience at all times! We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, and a desire for long term employment. Most importantly, applicants must enjoy working as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
The CSR is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times. Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: Client service, sales, communication, and fast paced multi-tasking. Computer skills with knowledge of Avimark Practice Management Software would be a plus. MUST have at least 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative.
We are a busy small animal exclusive clinic with about 70 employees. We have 8 doctors, grooming, pet resort (boarding), daycare, and heated pool. State of the art facility and great work atmosphere! Spanish speaking/bilingual is a plus
