Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core skills in communication, phone etiquette, and data entry will enable you to effectively assist clients with their inquiries. Your premium skills in communication and sales will enhance our service offerings. Additionally, your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and call center operations will support our team’s efficiency and responsiveness. Qualifications

Proficient in English with strong communication skills

Experience in customer support and client services

Excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling

Previous experience in a clinic environment is preferred

Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
