Join Our Team
We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR)to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
About the Role:
As a CSR, you are the first and last point of contact for our clients. Your role is key to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and veterinary team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and pets warmly in person, by phone, and via email
Schedule appointments, manage reminders, and maintain client records
Process payments, estimates, and invoices accurately
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and front desk organization
Handle client concerns or questions with empathy and efficiency
Collaborate closely with our veterinary and technical staff
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
A positive, team-focused attitude
Previous customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred but not required)
Comfort with computers and scheduling software (training provided)
