Full-time Customer Service Representative who Excels in Cust. Serv. (Belen)
Do you love pets and people too? We may have the job for you! We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who excels in customer service.
We are a busy, 1 doctor, AAHA accredited, full-service small animal hospital, with an emphasis to provide high quality, compassionate, pain free pet care and excellent customer service. We strive to keep up with the most current advances in veterinary medicine and are seeking a skilled individual to become part of our amazing team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Primary client liaison, general reception duties, typing and maintaining file organization.
Keep accurate medical records, clerical work.
Educate clients, provide informational material whenever possible.
Promote hospital products and services.
Have an extensive knowledge of the hospital’s procedures, policies and services, client and patient treatment protocols; word processing and the standard procedures, records and terminology used in the veterinary hospital.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, manage client questions and requests, make outgoing calls, file, cash handling, janitorial duties, organizing and numerous other duties.
The right person will have to be able to pay attention to and remember details, have a desire to be helpful, be accurate and complete with information, multitask, and approach every situation with a smile and positive attitude.
