Point Area Veterinary Clinic is an established veterinary practice in Steven Point Wi. and we are searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that is friendly, outgoing and has a passion for service.
Sign-On Bonus of $200.00 for any candidate hired that has a minimum of one year experience in a Veterinary field position.
Duties may include but are not limited to: Providing excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients, respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing patients, and handles billing and payments. Answering phone calls, which may involve answering moderately complex questions, initial triage of patient needs including emergent cases, and scheduling appointments Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Minimum of 1 year’s related experience in a similar or related field preferred but not required.
