PERSOLKELLY has partnered with its global client in the medical device industry and is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its team. It is to provide an effective interface between the client and its customers.
The CSR provides support to a market-leading range of Healthcare products within the fields of wound management. Key customers include hospitals (public and private) and wholesalers/distributors (in the Healthcare, pharmaceutical, veterinary, and industrial first-aid markets).
The CSR is required to understand the customers’ requirements and the company’s capability of meeting these. The CSR manages the customer’s expectations of client service and ensures that these expectations are met and exceeded wherever possible. An important key to success in the role is a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
Hybrid position – 1 or 2 days in the office
12-month contract with potential to extend or go permanent.
Qualifications
At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Essential
Proven experience in a customer service/ supply chain environment in order management or similar processes.
SAP or other ERP order management experience
Good understanding of warehousing and transportation methodologies
Minimum Intermediate Excel Skills
Well-developed computer proficiency in MS Office
Desirable
Experience in processing customer returns and credits in SAP
Exposure to the medical device industry
Experience in logistics and 3PL management, including interface management, Idoc error processing, and stock reconciliation
Experience in customer EDI Idoc errors and large volume EDI orders
Exposure to the Esker order management system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement
Excellent organizational skills and methodical approach
Excellent time management skills
Commitment to a high level of customer service for internal and external customers
High attention to detail and accurate with numbers
