An innovative and expanding animal health company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a busy, fast-paced team, while delivering outstanding service to veterinary customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer queries, complaints, and business enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Accurately process customer orders using SAP and oversee the full order lifecycle from receipt to invoicing
Provide knowledgeable responses regarding product and service-related queries
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve disputes, credits, and delivery issues
Handle returns, raise incident reports, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Support internal meetings, reporting tasks, and various administrative projects as needed
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or order processing role
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with strong computer literacy
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate effectively across various levels and demographics
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a professional and positive attitude
