Role Description
This is a full-time role as a customer service executive at ThePetNest. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support through various channels, managing customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role requires effective communication with customers to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.

Customer Support and Customer Service Management skills
Ability to handle Customer Satisfaction and manage complaints effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the pet care or related industry is a plus
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant work experience
