Customer Service
Job Description
- Record, manage and process data/payment documents/transactions/etc. from clients
- Follow up and prepare all required documents to finalize individual/business income tax returns quarterly and yearly;
- Preparation of Business Activity Statement (BAS), Instalment Activity Statement (IAS), Tax return, Financial Statement, Payroll, PAYG Payment Summary, Superannuation.
- Work with MYOB Accountant Enterprises (accounting software), MYOB Essentials, MYOB Account Rights, Single Touch Payroll (STP).
- Update / Report to office in Australia via email in English
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by mentor staff in Australia.
Inquiries
- Have experience in Australian tax accounting is a must.
- Over 3 years of working experience in an Australian tax accounting firm or Australian tax outsourced firm is a must.
- Have experience in MYOB Accountant Enterprises using, MYOB Essentials using, MYOB Account Righ using is required.
- Have deep knowledge and experience in Business Activity Statement (BAS), Instalment Activity Statement (IAS), Tax return, Financial Statement, Payroll, PAYG Payment Summary, Superannuation… for Australian clients.
- APA/ CPA/ ACCA are advantages.
- Excellent in English (especially reading and writing) is strongly required;
- Good computer skills: Excel, Outlook,…
- Fast learner, strong willingness to learn;
- Responsible, proactive and independent working manner;
