Are you a compassionate and experienced Customer Care Specialist with a passion for animals? Join our team at Doylestown Veterinary Hospital, where we offer both traditional and holistic veterinary care to ensure the best possible experience for our patients and their owners.

We are hiring both full-time and part-time Customer Care Specialists who are committed to providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in animals for their appointments
Communicate with owners and provide updates
Review incoming scans and update medical records
Answer phone calls and schedule follow-up appointments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment, including refilling supplies
Assist owners with walking pets to and from appointment rooms or vehicles when needed
Adapt to new computer systems and software
Recognize and respond to animal behavior effectively
All employees will be required to be vaccinated for rabies prior to starting.

Schedule:

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 2 PM or 1:45 PM – 8 PM; Friday: 7:45 AM – 6 PM (rotating); Saturday: 7:45 AM – 2 PM (rotating)
Availability: Flexibility required for emergencies or business needs; at least 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month

Qualifications:

Experience in customer care, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
Familiarity with veterinary terminology
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfort handling and assisting with animals in a calm, professional manner
