What You’ll Do:
Help create a smooth, positive experience for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client Experience:
Ensuring every client feels welcomed and cared for
Helping resolve concerns and maintain high client satisfaction.
Contributing ideas to help grow the business and build long-term client relationship
Managing clinic emails, filing, and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in the veterinary field or a related industry
A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment
Familiarity with Covetrus Pulse is a bonus, but we can teach you if not
