Contract Management Specialist

What You’ll Have To Do

Drafts contractual documents and sends them for review to the Legal team;

Ensures the periodic and timely renewal of contracts and their update with new requirements of internal, financial, and legal regulations;

Implements and enforces the process of modifying/updating/renewing existing contracts;

Collaborates with colleagues and suppliers to prepare and maintain contracts in accordance with legal requirements and company policies;

Registers documents in SAP Ariba and Docusign according to agreed internal procedures;

Organizes, maintains, and updates the contractual database;

Directly involved in negotiating contracts, addendums, and annexes;

Ensures that the contract format used complies with internal audit requirements and other company regulations;

Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports on the current status of contracts (validity, amounts spent, estimated value, etc.);

Communicates, presents, and interprets relevant contract information for stakeholders

What Makes You a Good Fit

Completed higher education (Business or Legal field – considered an advantage);

Knowledge of the English language – intermediate level;

Microsoft Office skills – advanced level;

Experience in drafting and negotiating offers and contracts is an advantage;

Strong organizational and prioritization skills;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Decision-making skills in complex situations;

Knowledge of the Hungarian language is an advantage;

Openness to learning and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
