Container Garden & Seasonal Decor Program Manager
Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouses has a rapidly expanding Container Garden & Seasonal Décor program, now seeking a new specialist to work as our program manager. The program manager will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining horticultural and some floral designs at the client’s home, including planters, small garden beds, and other areas like entryways. Applicants must have prior experience designing with plants and cut flowers.
Base Salary: $50, plus Commissions
Full-time benefits available
Horticulture: 3 years (required)
Floral Design: 1-2 years (required)
Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Driver’s License: required
TASKS INCLUDE:
Designing & installing vegetable gardens and annual flower plantings
Maintaining installations
Managing inventory for installations
Driving large company vehicles to installation sites (clean driver’s license required)
Applicants must be:
Great with design and have prior design experience — floral, containers, gardens, and/or landscape
Great with people
Positive-minded
Organized
Punctual
Possess a sense of urgency
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and observant
Able to communicate clearly
Able to work in all weather conditions
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
Able to endure physical tasks for 8 or more hours per day
Past experience working in landscape installation, landscape maintenance, or agriculture is preferred and design experience is a must.
Past employment in a sales-related role preferred
