Role Description
This full-time on-site role is located in Troy, MI. The Compounding Technician/Supervisor will be responsible for compounding pharmaceutical and cosmetic products according to strict guidelines and regulations. The day-to-day tasks will include preparing and measuring ingredients, mixing compounds, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role also involves supervising junior technicians, conducting quality checks, and maintaining accurate records of all compounded products.
Qualifications
Experience in Compounding and Pharmaceutical skills
Skills in Laboratory techniques and procedures
Excellent Communication abilities
Attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a supervisory role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous
